The laboratory is equipped with modern computing infrastructure, including a control server, a GPU/CPU compute server, and storage arrays with a total capacity of 300 TB. This infrastructure supports demanding computations, simulations, and the design and testing of machine learning models. Thanks to its network topology, it also enables the secure processing of sensitive data provided by contractual partners. The laboratory is further equipped with measurement devices for generating and annotating physiological signals, creating extensive datasets, and working with microscopic image data. For high-performance numerical computations, we also use the Faculty of Science's computing cluster and storage resources.
